Money Market
Simonis Storm serves as an agent, managing money-broking transactions for our clients. Pooling funds gives us the power to negotiate wholesale rates with major banks, which ensures a better rate on call and fixed term deposits. We also tender for treasury bills and bonds, both on behalf of our clients and to execute secondary trades.
Treasury Services
We are able to provide the full spectrum of treasury services, including hedging proposals, asset and liability management, and more. Our relationships with South African counterparties ensure highly competitive pricing and updated information.
Corporate Finance
Simonis Storm offers clients in-house access to the full suite of Corporate Finance capabilities, including listings on the NSX, structured finance and products, corporate finance advisory services, company valuations, due diligence, corporate governance, M&As, fair and reasonableness opinions, and costing analysis. These give our clients the support and confidence they need to maximise emerging opportunities.
Capital / Debt-Raising
We raise capital for clients through debt and equity issues on the NSX. We are also able to assist clients in more complex areas, including securitisation and debt restructuring, and we call on a number of well-respected international financial institutions when large-scale assistance is needed.
